WEVolunteer is a free service that helps match volunteers with opportunities available at registered charities or non-profit organizations within Windsor and all of the Essex County municipalities - Essex, Tecumseh, Lakeshore, LaSalle, Kingsville, Leamington and Amherstburg.

How does it work?
1. Register your organization. You must be a registered charity or a non-profit organization to register. Click here to register your organization
2. Post your volunteering opportunities. Each opportunity you create will identify the nature of the opportunity, times, location, skills, interests, and other details. These match to Volunteer Profiles - volunteers can choose to be notified of new opportunities matching their set criteria or can search on open opportunities. A basic search is available to potential volunteer without creating a profile.
3. Volunteers can refer themselves to you. When they are interested in your opportunity, volunteers can choose to create a profile, notify you and share their contact details, or just correspond through the website. You will get automatic notifications at the frequency you set - as they occur, daily or weekly.
4. Volunteer Management. For each opportunity you can see the status of volunteers and track the history or all assignments - who has been referred, accepted, declined or who's assignment has been completed.
