Join us for the first ever virtual iMove for United Way in support of children and youth mental health in Windsor and Essex County.
Many of us are feeling isolated from one another. Our daily lives are so different from just a few months ago and we're all feeling the effects. Get up, get moving, and challenge yourself and others to move for 200 minutes.
This event is for everyone. Whether you run, walk your dog, practice your yoga moves, or dance in your living room we want you to get moving for mental health!
